The students come from a wide range of backgrounds in Slough and the surrounding area to form a friendly and harmonious community. Langley Grammar School provides a supportive and secure environment that enables them to flourish as individuals and achieve excellent academic outcomes.

Langley Grammar School has a very dedicated and well-qualified body of staff who are innovative, enthusiastic and committed to the school ethos. They are dedicated to building all students' academic confidence and to helping them develop the wider skills needed for higher education and the 21st century workplace. Langley Grammar School is proud of the innovative use of iPads for learning which underpins their status as an Apple Distinguished School. In addition to high-quality teaching, all staff provide an outstanding range of opportunities for personal and physical development beyond the classroom, including an extensive range of sporting, musical and other activities.

After a 14-year gap since their last inspection, a team from Ofsted visited us in November 2021 and judged the school to be outstanding in all areas.

The school has a long history of involvement with the local community of schools in Slough. As one of the Department for Education's Computing Hubs and as the Teaching School Hub for Berkshire they are able to have a significant impact on the educational provision in the area. New buildings provided through the Government's Priority Schools Building Programme has given Langley Grammar School an excellent learning environment.
