World wide postage and packing is just £5.95 per order. Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail and usually take from 1 - 3 days for delivery.

We want you to feel confident when ordering. If something isn’t quite right, you can:

  • Return unused items within 7 days for a full refund.

  • Exchange for the right book if you’ve chosen the wrong title.

  • Get helpful support from our friendly customer care team—parents themselves, who understand your needs.

  • Print-on-demand titles are not eligible for return.
