At Ribston Hall High School staff know that every child is different. Their ethos is to enable and empower young women to discover their own unique potential.

Ribston Hall High School believes that each child's individuality should be encouraged and developed. This is achieved by offering an all-round holistic education where pupils value all of the subjects. Staff work hard to ensure students receive a broad learning experience in many different subjects that are not always on offer at other schools.

In the education of women the areas STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths), are under-represented in undergraduate study and pursuance of careers in these fields. Staff at this school view STEM and its study as an opportunity and a gateway to a multitude of careers.

Ribston Hall High School are spending £1.5 million to build a new science block and this will support their aim of providing primary partnership schools an opportunity to experience and engage in science learning.

Ribston Hall High School's key strength is the underpinning care and support they provide all students – this is because staff know that you cannot succeed if you are not happy.
